Justin Bieber is facing another lawsuit. This time, the lawsuit is filed by Moshe Benabou, his former bodyguard. The former Justin Bieber bodyguard claimed that the young pop star punched him after an argument in October. Here are excerpts from the complaint obtained by Hollywood Reporter:
“The tirade was apparently triggered by what Justin Bieber perceived as an attempt by Moshe Benabou to keep one member of Mr. Bieber’s entourage physically away from Justin Bieber. As part of this tirade, Justin Bieber repeatedly punched Moshe Benabou in the chest and upper body area. Mr. Benabou did not retaliate or attempt to protect himself out of his concerns for Justin Bieber’s physical well-being.”According to a celebrity news website, Moshe Benabou was fired when Justin Bieber’s management found out about his lies. One of them is his claim that he was previously working for Justin Timberlake, but it turns out that he never worked for him at all. Most people who read the news about the law suit laughed, saying that admitting gotten beaten up by Justin Bieber is the most embarrassing thing a bodyguard could do. They also think that the former bodyguard is only trying to get money from Justin Bieber.
In the law suit, Moshe Benabou demands compensation for the alleged assault and battery. The former bodyguard also demands $421,261 in unpaid overtime and wage benefits. Ilan Heimanson, the former bodyguard’s lawyer, wrote in a statement “Mr. Benabou deserved, as does any employee, to be treated with respect, dignity and in accordance with the law. Unfortunately, he was not.” Most Justin Bieber fans doubt that the young pop star actually assaulted the bodyguard. Lets just wait until further information about this case is available.
Tweeted about Justin Timberlake
Recently, Justin Bieber wrote something interesting on Twitter, but the tweet wasn’t about himself. It was about the other famous Justin, Justin Timberlake. Justin Bieber tweeted “@jtimberlake @Timbaland i have heard some stuff. u got a good reason to be ready.#greatmusic,” So it seems that Justin Timberlake will be back in the music industry soon.
